Having considered our quick growth I was concerned about the level of support we were receiving from our Health and Safety company. With that in mind and the fact that I had heard of the excellent support that AW Safety provide to their clients, I made contact with Adam. At our initial meeting we discussed my plans, requirements and expressed my support for continuous improvement in health and safety. He suggested various short term changes including for example, regular site audits and a number of long term changes, including, a training matrix and training plan for Staff and Operatives. From the outset I was very impressed with the extent and flexibility of services provided and therefore we agreed terms to commence.
Site Audits have been found to be really positive and embraced by both our Management and Operatives.
As AW Safety work for a wide range of clients in various sectors and various size of businesses it is really positive that they adopt and share new and good practices, including passing them on to support and develop our business further. As they also offer in house training that has been found to be really beneficial.

They provided FLT refresher training to our drivers, the instructors were very professional and helpful, our drivers commented how they enjoyed the way the instructors carried out the days training course. As your competent person for Health & Safety we can come out to your site for inspections, audits and documentation completion. Again, this will depend on the service level you require, whether this be 1 visit annually or 2 visits a month for more high-risk environments.

Unlike other providers, we offer flexible contract solutions. Our minimum partnership for our Competent Person services is 12 months. This can be paid as monthly direct debit, invoiced or paid annually.
