Having considered our quick growth I was concerned about the level of support we were receiving from our Health and Safety company. At our initial meeting we discussed my plans, requirements and expressed my support for continuous improvement in health and safety. He suggested various short term changes including for example, regular site audits and a number of long term changes, including, a training matrix and training plan for Staff and Operatives.
