We will go out to your site and look through all your health & safety documentation along with a tour of your site for hazard spotting. Further this we will chat with your staff and include an optional anonymous climate survey.
Our experienced consultants will provide a comprehensive review of your; risk assessments, method statements, policies, procedures, health & safety management system, training matrix and health & safety culture. This will include good practices, bad practices, opportunities for development and an outline of your action plan.
This includes; what we have noticed, what you need to do to fix it, the severity and time to complete by. This is provide in a traffic light system format shown below:
Red – Non-compliance requiring immediate attention
Amber – Improvements required
Green – Improvements required

The reports are always written with the client in mind, and we never underestimate the knowledge they possess. With this in mind, they are suitable for anyone in the business to understand from zero experience to health & safety gurus. Reports are usually returned within a week of your site visit.
Along with making you aware of areas where your business is at risk, we also love to highlight the things you are doing really well. Which is why there is a section of the report which covers good practices identified. The report is not a stick to beat you with, it is the foundation and journey towards health & safety compliance.

Space to work; the old chair and desk that no one wants is more than sufficient. Access to all health & safety documentation including RAMS, fire documentation, training matrixes etc. Tour of your site(s) and most importantly tea/coffee and a biscuit please as we travel far and wide.
Once the audit at your site is concluded, we begin work on the report from our offices and this includes good and bad practices identified, legislation you need to be aware of, and the action plan which we can walk you through once you’ve had time to digest it.
